      本研究对鲮鱼养殖塘内的鱼、悬浮颗粒物和表层沉积物样品中的7种重金属含量进行了监测分析,空探讨间相关性以其分布变化规律。结果显示,7种重金属含量在其他组织均显著低于肠内容物中的含量(P<0.05);悬浮物中,5月份Hg含量比7月份显著高(P<0.05),11月份含量比另3个月份显著低(P<0.05);沉积物中,5月份Hg含量比另3个月份显著低(P<0.05),9月份含量比7、11月份显著低(P<0.05),9月份Pb含量比其他3个月份显著高(P<0.05),而11月份含量比另3个月份显著低(P<0.05);悬浮物、沉积物中7种重金属含量与鱼肠内容物、体壁2个组织分布趋势较为一致,体壁、肠内容物、悬浮物、沉积物中,顺序相邻两者的重金属含量显著相关(P<0.05)。结果表明,悬浮物重金属经过沉降作用逐渐富集底质,鲮鱼消化道吸收是其体内重金属积累主要方式,悬浮物对鱼肠内重金属污染特征起到了关键作用,生物相与非生物相的重金属含量的分布具有规律性。
英文摘要:
      The contents of seven heavy metal in the Cirrhinus molitorella (C. molitorella), suspended particles and surface sediment samples were analyzed, and explored the spatial correlation and distributed pattern. The data showed that the contents of seven heavy metals in other tissues were significantly lower than those of intestinal (P<0.05). In suspended, the contents of Hg in May was significantly higher than those in July, but in November was significantly lower than those of other 3 months (P<0.05). In sediments, the contents of Hg in May was significantly higher than those in other 3 moths (P<0.05), but the contents of Hg in September were significantly lower than those in July and November (P<0.05). The contents of Pb in September was significantly higher than those in other 3 months (P<0.05), but in November was significantly lower than other 3 months (P<0.05). The trends in contents of seven heavy metals in suspended solids and sediments were accorded with those of gut contents, and body wall tissue. The heavy metal contents in body wall, intestinal contents, suspended solids and sediments were significant relation by adjacent sequence (P<0.05). The results showed that the heavy metals in suspension deposited to sedimentation, and the absorption in the digestive tract was the main way of heavy metals accumulation in C. Molitorella. The suspended matters played a key role in the characteristics heavy metals pollution in fish, biological and non biological phase distribution of heavy metal content with regularity.
