      鱼类个性行为反映其生活史策略,研究环境因素对鱼类个性行为的影响,可为更好地理解该行为的适应性意义及优化鱼类养殖环境提供理论和数据基础。以稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)为研究对象,使用隔板跨越和遮蔽物出游2种实验方法,观测了同类鱼群刺激、禁食及不同环境照度下稀有鮈鲫的个性行为。结果显示,隔板跨越测试中,稀有鮈鲫开始运动前的潜伏期在同类鱼群存在与否的情况下没有显著差异(P>0.05),但在禁食后显著减小(P<0.05),在不同照度下差异显著(P<0.05),且随照度的增加而增大;稀有鮈鲫总跨越隔板数在不同的照度条件下差异极显著(P<0.01),随照度的增加而减小,但在同类鱼群存在与否及禁食组与饱食组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。遮蔽物出游测试中,稀有鮈鲫游出遮蔽物的时间在24 h禁食后变化不显著(P>0.05),但在同类鱼群出现时差异显著(P<0.05),不同照度条件下差异极显著(P<0.01),且随照度的增加先减小再增大。研究表明,禁食导致的饥饿和同类鱼群的出现能够在一定程度上增强稀有鮈鲫的探索性,但环境照度是稀有鮈鲫个性行为最为关键的影响因子。
英文摘要:
      Personality traits in fish refer to the stable differences in behavior among individual fish. These traits reflect life history strategies and are closely related to population dynamics, genetic variation, and environmental factors. Studying the influence of environmental factors on fish behavior can provide theoretical evidence and data for better understanding the adaptability of fish species, and for optimizing the rearing environment. Two behavioral tests were conducted, barrier crossing and shelter exiting, and personality traits of rare minnows during the two tests were observed under three sets of alternative conditions: with and without food deprivation (24 hr), under four illumination intensities (500, 1000, 1500, 2000 lx), and in the presence and absence of conspecifics (number?). In the barrier crossing test, the presence of conspecifics did not result in a significant difference in the latency period before moving (P>0.05). However, with food deprivation, there was a significant difference in the latency period under different illumination intensities (P<0.05), and the period increased with illumination intensity. The total number of partitions crossed by rare minnows differed significantly under different illumination intensities (P<0.01), and the number decreased as the illumination intensity increased. However, there was no significant difference in the total number of crossed partitions between the groups with or without conspecifics and between the food deprivation and well-fed groups (P>0.05). In terms of the shelter exiting behavior test, the time for rare minnows to swim out of the shelter did not significantly change after 24 hours of food deprivation (P>0.05). However, significant differences were observed in groups with the presence of conspecifics (P<0.05) and under different illumination intensities (P<0.01), and the time decreased first and then increased as the illumination intensity increased. Overall, the results indicate that fasting-induced hunger and the presence of conspecifics enhances the exploratory behavior of rare minnows. However, illumination intensity appears to be a key factor on the behavior of rare minnows.
