      建立五元集对模型对滦河干流水质状况进行评价,为滦河干流水环境管理与水污染治理提供参考和依据。选取滦河干流承德段的5个国家考核断面,21项水质监测指标,通过划分指标类别及丰、平、枯3个时期,采用主客观组合赋权法,建立五元集对模型评价2020年滦河干流承德段水质状况,并引入减法集对势和偏联系数识别了河段主要污染物指标,探讨了各类指标的发展态势。结果表明:滦河干流承德段各断面水质总体上达到Ⅱ类水标准,但以总氮和总磷为代表的营养物质含量较高,有发生富营养化的风险;基于基本水质指标的评价结果,各断面在丰水期、平水期和枯水期评价等级的均值分别为1.69、1.44、1.23,基于营养物质状态指标的评价结果,各断面在丰水期的等级值均为5,在平水期和枯水期的等级值均值分别为4.34、3.76,基于有毒有害污染物指标的评价结果,各断面在3个时期的等级值均为1。总磷、总氮、高锰酸盐指数和化学需氧量为河段主要污染物,且基本水质指标有正向发展态势,营养物质状态指标处于反势和偏反势,可从点源、农业面源污染治理、水土保持等方面对主要污染指标进行重点调控。

      In this study, water quality in the Chengde section of the main stem of Luanhe River in 2020 was evaluated using five-element set pair analysis. The primary pollutant indicators of the river section were identified and the trends of various indicators were analyzed using subtraction set pairing potential and partial connection number. Our aim was to provide a reference for water pollution treatment and water environment management of Luanhe River. A total of 21 monitoring indicators from 3 categories of basic water quality indicators, nutrient status indicators and toxic pollutant indicators were selected for the five-element set pair analysis. The weight of each monitoring indicator was then determined by factor analysis and the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the average value of each indicator at five transects was calculated for different water periods, the water quality was evaluated according to basic water quality indicators, nutrient status indicators and toxic pollutant indicators, and comprehensively evaluated by combining the three categories of water quality indicators. The average grade values of each transect, calculated based on the basic water quality indicators, were 1.69, 1.44 and 1.23 during wet season, normal season and dry season,respectively. The average grade values of each transect, calculated based on the nutrient status indicators were 5, 4.34 and 3.76 during the same three water periods. The nutrient contents represented by the total nitrogen and total phosphorus was relatively high, indicating a risk of eutrophication. The average grade values of each transect calculated based on the toxic pollutant indicators were all 1 for the three water periods and had very little effect on the water quality of the Chengde section. Comprehensive water quality evaluation shows that the average grade value of the five transects was 1.28, indicating that water quality of all transects in the Chengde section of Luanhe River generally met the Class II water standard and the basic requirement for the water environment. Total phosphorus, total nitrogen, the permanganate index and chemical oxygen demand, were the primary pollutant indicators in the river section. The basic water quality indicators tended to improve, while the more heavily weighted indicators of nutrient levels worsened. To control the high nutrient levels, we recommend strengthening control and treatment of point sources and agricultural non-point sources of pollution, including an increased emphasis on soil conservation.
