      本试验以凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)为研究对象,探讨了水体中不同方式和不同浓度投放铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)YY24对凡纳滨对虾生长及水质的影响。试验设7个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30尾,试验周期是10 d,投放频率均为2 d,并保持其活性完好,有效养殖水体(50±3) L,控制温度(28±1) ℃,盐度(20±1) ‰,每日每次每箱投料量按总重量的1 %,氧气充足。试验期间,每24 h测定水体基础指标;在试验第0、12、24、48、96、144、168、192、240 h测定水体理化指标。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组存活率与增重率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组均能明显净化水质,试验组的pH呈上升趋势,各试验组NH4+-N、NO3--N、NO2--N浓度均在96 h时就达到最低值;初始投放106 cfu/ml浓度的YY24,在96 h内去除氨氮的效果较好,而每隔一天投104 cfu/ml浓度YY24的持续作用效果更好。

      Litopenaeus vannamei was conducted as the research object, discusses the addition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa YY24 to the effect of water quality and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei of different delivery mode and concentration. Experiment with 7 treatments, 3 replicates per treatment, each repeated 30 tail, test period is 10 d, the delivery frequency is every 2 d, and keep its activity in good condition, the effective water is (50±3) L, temperature is (28±1)℃, salinity is (20±1)‰, the daily feeding amount of each box according to the 1% of total weight ,oxygen is enough. During the experiment, the basic indicators of water bodies were determined every 24 h; physical and chemical indicators of water body were determined in 0,12, 24, 48, 96, 144, 168, 192, 240 h. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the survival rate and weight gain rate of each test group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05); each experimental groups can obviously purify water quality, the test group pH showed a rising trend, each experimental group NH4+-N, NO3--N and NO2--N reaching the lowest value on 96 h; the group of adding a concentration of 106 cfu/mL YY24 was better at removing ammonia nitrogen in 96 h ,however, a better sustained effect was performed by the group of adding a concentration of 104 cfu/mL YY24.
