研究新疆裸重唇鱼渔获物的年龄结构、生长特性及生长与环境的关系,丰富新疆裸重唇鱼的基础生物学资料,为伊犁河新疆裸重唇鱼资源保护提供科学依据。2013年3月至2014年5月,分别在新疆伊犁河支流特克斯河、喀什河和巩乃斯河采集103、139和179尾新疆裸重唇鱼样本(同时采集相关环境因子数据),测量全长、体长和称体重,以耳石磨片为主要年龄鉴定材料。新疆裸重唇鱼体长、体重和年龄分布范围,特克斯河为46~244mm、1.1 ~201.0g、1~ 6龄,喀什河为49~285mm、1.5 ~214.2g、0~ 6龄,巩乃斯河为50~383mm、0.8~312.8g、1~ 7龄。特克斯河新疆裸重唇鱼群体的体长和体重分布与喀什河群体和巩乃斯河群体差异均显著,喀什河群体的体长和体重分布与巩乃斯河群体无显著性差异。喀什河群体与特克斯河群体和巩乃斯河群体生长方程均不存在显著性差异,而特克斯河群体与巩乃斯河群体体长与体重生长方程存在显著性差异。新疆裸重唇鱼种群总体的b值与3不存在显著性差异,为匀速生长鱼类。新疆裸重唇鱼生长的地域性差异与海拔、流速呈负相关,与水温和饵料丰度呈正相关。新疆裸重唇鱼在巩乃斯河生长最快,喀什河次之,在特克斯河生长最慢。 |

The Ili River in China has three major tributaries, Tekes River, Kashi River and Kunes River and is an important genetic resource for native freshwater species in northwest China. In recent years, the Ili River fishery resource has been severely damaged by over-fishing, water pollution and hydraulic control structures. Gymnodiptychusdybowskii Kessler is a typical native species in Ili River and it is ecologically sensitive. In this study, the age composition and growth characteristics of G. dybowskii in populations were compared in the three Ili River tributaries and the relationship between growth and environmental parameters was analyzed. The study was based on 421 specimens caught in the three tributaries (103 from Tekes River, 139 from Kashi River and 179 from Kunes River) from March, 2013 to May, 2014. The total length, body length and the body mass of the all specimens were measured and the lapillus, operculum and vertebra (number 5-10) were sampled as age validation materials after dissection. Environmental parameters of the three tributaries were also measured: longitude and latitude, altitude, velocity, water temperature, phytoplankton, zooplankton, biomass, pH, TDS, transparency, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, salinity, oxidation reduction potential and resistivity. Ranges for body length, body weight and age distribution ranges of G. dybowskii in each tributary were as follows: Tekes River, 46-244mm, 1.1 - 201.0g and 1-6yr; Kashi River, 49-285mm, 1.5-214.2g, 0-6yr; Kunes River, 50-383mm, 0.8-312.8g, 1-7yr. Average body length and weight of fish from the Tekes River were significantly different from the Kashi and Kunes Rivers, but the differences between the latter two rivers were not significant. The body length-weight relationship of G. dybowskii in the three tributaries were described as W = 2.852×10-5SL2.823 (Tekes River), W = 2.306×10-5SL2.892 (Kashi River), W = 7.614×10-6SL3.106 (Kunes River) and the growth parameter values derived using the Von Bertalanffy growth equation were L∞ = 28.59mm, k = 0.139, t0 = 0.559 (Tekes River), L∞ = 30.25 mm, k = 0.158, t0 = 0.604 (Kashi River), L∞ = 37.11mm, k = 0.165, t0= 0.693 (Kunes River). The growth equation for G. dybowskii in the Kashi River was not significantly different than those of the Kunes and Tekes Rivers, but the difference was significant between the Tekes River and Kunes River. The growth rate of G. dybowskii was highest in the Kunes River, followed by the Kashi River and then the Tekes River. Analysis of environmental factors shows that the growth rate of G. dybowskii is negatively correlated with altitude and flow velocity and positively correlated with water temperature and food abundance. |
