| 作为海洋溢油损害索赔的重要技术依据，溢油生态损害评估已成为当今世界各沿海国家研究的热点。阐述了溢油污染造成生态损失的内涵，归纳总结了现有评估方法的研究成果，以最具代表性的等价分析法和生态服务损害评估法为重点，对现有评估方法的优势和存在的问题进行了探讨，分析了影响评估结果准确性的关键因素包括受损生态服务类型的确定、生态服务标尺的筛选、生态服务货币化计量方法的选择。 |

| Assessment of ecosystem damage of oil spills in the ocean, as an important technical basis for oil spills compensation, has become a research hotspot in the coastal countries of the world. The present study presented the definition of the ecosystem damage of oil spills as well as the summary of the research findings of existing assessment methods. The advantages and problems of existing assessment methods were analysed based on the most representative habitat equivalency analysis and ecosystem service damage assessment. The key factors influencing the accuracy of assessment were the determination of damaged ecosystem service, the selection of ecosystem service scale, and the method of monetization of ecosystem service. The development tendency of assessment methods for ecosystem damage was also discussed. |
