| 运用水足迹理论对六盘水市水资源进行了相关指标的计算。结果表明：⑴六盘水市水足迹从2005年的37.51亿 m3上升到2007年的41.56亿 m3，其后又下降到2010年的39.54亿 m3，这一变化趋势与农业水足迹用水量和工业水足迹用水量一致，以工农业水足迹用水量为主，两者占到了总用水量的96%以上；⑵六盘水市水资源利用强度呈不断下降的趋势，从2005年的1 804.06 m3/万元下降到2010年的789.71 m3/万元，水资源利用率明显提高；⑶六盘水市2006年和2010年水资源压力指数均超过1。只有采取多渠道开发水资源、提高工业用水的重复利用率、加大污水治理和水体污染防治力度、开展节水技术等措施，才能确保水资源安全。 |

| This paper calculated the relevant indicators of water resource in Liupanshui City by using water footprint theory. The result showed that the water footprint in Liupanshui increased from 37.51×108 m3 in 2005 to 41.56×108 m3 in 2007, and then fell to 39.54×108 m3 in 2010. The changing trend was consistent with the water consumption used for agricultural and industrial water footprint, and was mainly occupied with them. And they accounted for over 96% of the total water consumption. The intensity of using water resources in Liupanshui showed a downward trend that fell from 1 804.06 m3 per ten thousand yuan in 2005 to 789.71 m3 per ten thousand yuan in 2010. And the utilization ratio of water resources improved obviously. In Liupanshui City, the pressure index of water resources was more than 1 in 2006 and in 2010. We should take some measures to ensure the security of water resources, such as developing water resources with multi channels, improving recycle rate of industrial water, strengthening the force of sewage treatment and water pollution prevention and control, developing water saving technology and so on. |
