大水桥水库浮游植物群落结构特征研究

      于2011年2月(枯水期)、5月(丰水初期)、8月(丰水末期)和11月(平水期)对大水桥水库的浮游植物群落结构进行研究。结果表明,浮游植物有6门、42种,丰度在6.6×106~3.7×108个/L,丰水期丰度最高,枯水期丰度最低,枯水期、丰水期和平水期第一优势种分别为蓝藻门的拟柱孢藻(Cylindrospermopsis rackiborskii)、湖泊假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena limnetica)和湖丝藻(Limnthriox redekei)。浮游植物群落结构显示,水库处于中-富营养状态;丰水期水质较差,枯水期和平水期相对较好。浮游植物丰度与硝氮(r=-0.898,P<0.01,n=12)、总氮(r=-0.894,P<0.01,n=12)及透明度(r=-0.594,P<0.05,n=12)表现出显著性负相关,与pH(r=0.676,P<0.05,n=12)、总磷(r=0.703,P<0.05,n=12)、水温(r=0.754,P<0.01,n=12)表现出显著性正相关。

      This paper studies the structure characteristics of phytoplankton community in Dashuiqiao Reservoir in February,May,August and November 2011,in which respectively is the dry season,the early flood season,the end of flood season and the medium season. These 42 species of phytoplankton can be divided into 6 categories,and its abundance range from 6. 6 x 106 to 3.7 x 108cells/L. The abundance is the highest in the flood season,and Pseudanabaena limnetica is the first dominant species. But the abundance was the lowest in the dry season,and Cylindrospermopsis rackihorskii is the first dominant species. Limnthriox redekei are dominant species in medium season. The structure of phytoplankton community shows that the Dashuiqiao Reservoir is in the mid-eutrophication status. Water quality was better in the dry season and the medium season than in the flood season. A relationship between phytoplankton abundance and total nitrogen(r= -0. 894,P<0. 01,n=12),nitrate(r:= -0. 898,P<0. 01,n=12),and transparency (r=-0. 594,P<0.05,n=12)is significant positive correlation. And the relationship between phytoplankton abundance and temperature(r=0. 754,P<0. 01,n=12),total phosphorus(r=0. 703,P<0.05,n=12)and pH ( r=0. 676,P<0.05,n=12)is obvious negative correlation.
