      以苏丹红Ⅲ为诱变剂,研究了其对泥鳅的急性毒性、遗传毒性及生理毒性效应。急性毒性实验表明苏丹红Ⅲ对泥鳅的24h半致死浓度为1.020g/L,48h半致死浓度为0.740g/L,48h安全浓度为0.117g/L。在此基础上研究了苏丹红Ⅲ在不同浓度和染毒时间的条件下对泥鳅红细胞微核率以及对泥鳅肝脏中谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性影响。结果发现:染毒一段时间后,泥鳅红细胞的微核率与对照组比较均显著升高,达最高值后趋于平缓。随着苏丹红Ⅲ浓度的升高,泥鳅红细胞微核率与对照组相比出现极显著差异的时间相应提前。染毒后各组的谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的酶活呈下降趋势,达到峰值后趋于平缓;染毒时间越长,酶活下降的幅度越大。数据表明,泥鳅红细胞的微核率以及泥鳅肝脏中的GOT和GPT酶活均与苏丹红Ⅲ有明显的剂量效应和时间效应,这些结果为进一步明确苏丹红Ⅲ的危害提供了翔实的实验依据。

      The experiment regarded Sudan red Ⅲ as a kind of inductive medicine and researched its acute toxicity,hereditary and physiological toxicity effects on Misgurnus anguillicandatus. The acute toxicity experiment showed that the LC50 of M. anguillicandatus induced by Sudan red Ⅲ is 1 .020 g/L in 24 h and 0. 740 g/L in 48 h,and the SC is 0.117g/L in 48 h. Based on the results of the acute experiment,we continued to research the effect of Sudan red Ⅲ on red blood cell and the vigor of hepatic GOT and GPT at different consistence of Sudan red Ⅲ and different time treated with Sudan red Ⅲ .The results were as following : After a period of time treated with Sudan red Ⅲ ,the micronucleus rate compared with the control group were significantly increased to the highest level and then flatted after. Along with the increasing concentrations of Sudan red Ⅲ,the time when micronucleus rate compared with controls appeared very significantly difference took advance respectively. After being poisonous,the vigor of GPT and GPT were all decreased to the lowest level and then flatted after. The longer after being poisonous in Sudan red Ⅲ,the more significantly the vigor of GOT and GPT had decreased. Besides,different poisonous period showed different significantly differences compared with controls. The statistic showed that Sudan red Ⅲ have clear dose effect and time effect on the micronucleus rate of red blood cell and the vigor of GOT and GPT in liver. The results of this study provided important evidences for determining the harm of Sudan red Ⅲ.
