      研究了青海省引大济湟调水总干渠工程建设对大通河干流中上游水生生态环境的影响及保护措施。现场捕获鱼类9种,采集浮游植物26种,浮游动物10种,底栖动物14种,水生维管束植物4种,重点分析了鱼类种类组成、种群结构、重点保护种类以及繁殖习性等。分析工程建设造成的阻隔、水文情势变化和生境变化等对鱼类和其他水生生物的影响,提出生态放水、修建过鱼道、人工增殖放流、加强监测和回顾评价工作等措施,切实保护鱼类资源和生态环境。
英文摘要:
      The influence of main canal project of water transfer from Datong River to Huangshui River on aquatic ecology environment in Datong River was studied,and protection measures to fish resources were put forward. The investigations showed aquatic resources in Datong River were as follows:9 species of fishes,26 species of phytoplankton ,10 species of zooplanktons,14 species of benthic organisms,4 species of aquatic vascular plants. Selective analyses were made on the composition of fish fauna,population structure,key protection species and breeding behaviors. The hydraulic disconnected by the construction,change of hydrological regime,impact of environment change to fishes and other hydrobiont were addressed,and countermeasures were put forth,including ecological water transfer, construction of fishway,artificial multiplication and releasing,monitoring and retrospective assessment,in order to protect fish resources and ecological environment.
