      2009年7月至2010年2月,对日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)土池精养池定期施用复合微生物制剂(Freshplus净水剂),监测处理组和对照组池塘的水温、pH、溶氧、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、COD、碱度等水质指标,并分析对比其养殖效果。结果表明,Freshplus净水剂的施用能显著降低鳗鲡土池水体氨氮浓度60.5%(P<0.05),显著提高其生长速度33.0%(P<0.05),降低饲料系数9.6%(a=0.1,P<0.1)。
英文摘要:
      The comparison trial was implemented on the microbial preparation,“Freshplus" water cleaning agent, which was applied regularly in the earth-ponds for Japanese eel (Anguilla japonica) intensive aquaculture. The water quality parameters in the control ponds and the treatment ponds,namely,water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen,total ammonium nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,COD and alkalinity,were measured at intervals,and the breeding results were analyzed . The results showed that :the treatment of “Freshplus" cleaning agent great1y reduced the concentration of total ammonium nitrogen in eel cultivation water, i. e. 60.5%(P<0.05)lower than the control,increased the eel growth rate,33.0%(P<0.05)higher than the control,and decreased the feed conversion ratio,9. 6%(a=0. 1, P<0.1)lower than the control.
