      利用六价铬离子(Cr6+)染毒泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus),采用微核试验法,以外周血红细胞的微核率为指标,研究Cr6+对泥鳅的遗传学毒性。结果显示,Cr6+对泥鳅具有一定的毒性;当浓度增加或染毒时间延长,均会引起微核率增加,而且高浓度(160~200 mg/L)和长时间染毒(8 d)均出现了显著性差异,微核率与染毒浓度以及与处理时间之间均有较为明显的正相关性,即具有剂量效应和时间效应;研究表明含铬废水排入环境对水生生物会造成不同程度的影响。
英文摘要:
      The process of Cr6+ exposing Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,by using micronucleus test method and parameter of peripheral blood micronucleus rate in red blood cells,studied the genetics toxicity of Cr6+on Misgurnus anguillicaudatus. The results showed that some extent toxicity of Cr6+ on the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was verified. Increased concentration or exposure time causes the increase of micronuclei rate. Significant difference of micronuclei rate in high concentrations(160-200 mg/L) and long exposure time(8 d ) groups indicated that micronucleus rate positively correlate with concentration and exposure time,presenting dose and time effect. The study indicated that chromium-containing wastewater discharged into environment influence aquatic organisms to some extent.
