| 对伊犁河雅玛渡河段2010年1～4月采集的39尾伊犁裂腹鱼[Schizothorax (Racoma) pseudaksaiensis (Herzenstein)]样本进行了体表鳞片、臀鳞、脊椎骨、耳石和背鳍条共5种年龄鉴定材料的年轮特征研究。结果表明,体表鳞片没有明显的年轮特征,不能作为年龄鉴定材料,其他4种材料可作为伊犁裂腹鱼的年龄鉴定材料。样本为2+龄时,4种年龄材料鉴定结果的吻合率为100%;3+和4+龄鉴定结果吻合率较高,分别是87.3%和85.4%;5+～8+龄个体吻合率较低,为63.9%。伊犁裂腹鱼3+龄以上个体进行年龄鉴定时不能仅用1种鉴定材料,而应以耳石为主,其他年龄材料为辅。 |

| According to the different age identifications，characteristics of annual rings research was carried on 39 samples of Schizothorax(Racoma) pseudaksaiensis(Herzenstein)，sampled from Yama River section of YiliRiver in the period from January to April 2010. Five types of age identification material were investigated，including surface scales，scales hip，vertebrae，otoliths and dorsal fin strips. The results showed that there was no obvious characteristics of annual rings on scale surface，therefore，it could not be used as identification material,whereas the other four types of materials could be used as age determination materiasls for Schizothorax Ili. The results matched 100% for the 4 types of age identification material when the samples were 2+age; high match rates were also observed in the 3+and 4+ age groups，87. 3 % and 85.4%，respectively; low match rates were found in5+-8+age group. The study indicated that not only one identification material should be used when the Ili Schizothorax individual was above age 3+，but should be otolith-based，supplemented by other materials to determine the age of the fish. |
