温度对池沼公鱼(Hypomesus olidus)仔鱼生长和发育的影响研究表明,水温(12±0.5)℃、(16±0.5)℃和(20±0.5)℃时,其仔鱼均能正常生长发育;随温度升高,仔鱼全长生长加速,卵黄囊和油球吸收变快。在12~20℃温度范围内,温度每升高4℃,仔鱼的全长、卵黄囊和油球变化差异显著(P<0.05)。当温度达到24℃时,仔鱼卵黄囊和油球不能正常吸收,生长受到抑制,与其它3组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,水温12~20℃,池沼公鱼仔鱼可以正常生长。 |

The effect of temperature nn growth and development in larval pond smelt Hypomesus olidus was researched. It was found that the larvae can grow and develop normally at(12±0. 5)℃,(16±0. 5) ℃ and(20±10. 5) ℃,and full length growing was fast with the temperature rise,while the yolk sac and oil ball absorbed was fast, too. The difference was significant (P<0.05).When the temperature reached 240℃, the larvae could not absorb yolk sac and oil ball, and the growth was inhibited. Compared with the other three groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results showed tha larvae of Hypomesus olidus could grow normally at the temperaturerange as 12-20℃. |
