采用分阶段方式培育匙吻鲟(Polyodonspathula)亲鱼,后备亲鱼(5~6龄)利用水库自然条件培育,催产用亲鱼在流水池中强化培育,各阶段通过控制水流速度、水温、水质和饵料条件,满足其性腺发育需求。2008~2010年共培育后备亲鱼1017尾,性腺发育成熟亲鱼500组,并逐尾包埋电子标签,建立不同年龄段亲鱼种源库。采用B超判断早期性别,并结合外观看追星、挖卵检查,准确判断亲鱼成熟度,依据成熟度确定催产剂量,并通过控制水温、水流速度、挤卵排精时间等催产和孵化条件,人工繁殖的催产率、受精率和孵化率显著提高,年均分别达到95.0%、95.0%、78.3%,3年孵化共得到匙吻鲟鱼苗1246.6万尾。实现了匙吻鲟规模化人工繁殖的目标。 |

Training phases were used in paddlefish ( Polyodon spathula) broodstock culture,reserve broodstock(age5 to 6)were cultured in natural reservoirs,broodstock in the water pool with oxytocin to strengthen training,control of water flow through the various stages of speed,temperature,water and food conditions,to meet the requirements of gonad development. From 2008 to 2010,1 017 broodstock were cultured,500 maturation groups were obtained,and by using the embedded electronic tag,the establishment of the pro-species in different age groups source 1ibrary. Shape observed by ultrasonic imagery and outside Starchaser were used to judge the gender, combined with digging egg apparatus,eggs were checked accurately by judging the maturity,according to maturity to determine oxytocin dose,and by controlling the temperature,flow rate,time ejaculation squeeze egg incubation conditions for spawning and artificial propagation induction rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate significantly increased,reached average 95.0%,95.0%,78.3 %,respectively. And hatched paddlefish fry 12 466 000 were obtained.The foal of large-scale artificial propagation was achieved.
