| 为了给华鲮种质资源的开发利用及人工养殖提供依据，对在池塘投喂配合饲料进行人工养殖的华鲮肌肉营养成分进行测定，结果表明：含肉率为６０.６５％；肌肉中蛋白质、脂肪和灰分含量分别为１９.９９％、５.１０％、１.５１％；肌肉中１８种常见氨基酸总含量（占肌肉干重）为７５.２３％。必需氨基酸含量为３３.３６％，占氨基酸总量的４４.３４％；鲜味氨基酸含量为３０.０７％，占氨基酸总量的３７.４０％；必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸含量的比值为
０.８０；必需氨基酸指数（ＷＨＯ／ＦＡＯ标准为参照）为８２．３４；色氨酸为第１限制性氨基酸，蛋氨酸＋胱氨酸为第２限制性氨基酸。 |

| In order to provide the basis of exploitation and factitious cultivation for germplasm resource of Sinilaheo rendahli，this research adopted throwing combinative feed in the pond and determined the muscle nutrition composition of artificial breeded Sinilabeo rendahli . The conclusion indicated that the content of meat rate was 60.65% ; the content of nutrition component, fat and ash in muscle respectively was 19. 99%，5.10% and 1.51% ;the total content of 18 species of common amino acid in muscle was 75 .23 %(dry weight in muscle).The essential content of amino acid was 33.36%, which account for 44. 34% of the total content, the ratio between essential amino acid and indispensable amino acid was 0.80. And the content of tasty amino acid was 30.07% , which account for 37.40% of the total content , the index of essential amino acid (consult standard WHO/FAO) was 82.34. Trypto-phane is the first restricted amino acid, moreover methionine and cystinol are the second restricted amino acid.
