2006年10月~2007年9月,对西湖5个主要湖区的8个样点水体的温度、溶解氧、pH、透明度、悬浮物、总氮、总磷、叶绿素a浓度等理化因子和藻类生物量进行测定和分析,讨论总氮、总磷与优势种藻类、藻类总量的平均浓度的关系。结果表明,总氮年平均值2.63mg/L,变化范围0.17~7.88mg/L;总磷年平均值为0.087mg/L,
10月最高,为0.187mg/L;叶绿素年平均值为24.49μg/L,最大值和最小值分别出现在2007年7月(50.59μg/L)与2月(1.09μg/L)。优势种藻类及藻类总量的平均浓度与总氮呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与总磷呈显著正相关(P<0.05),总磷为西湖藻类增殖的主要限制因子。作为一个内源性污染的浅水富营养化湖泊,西湖的治理需要控制人为因素对水体的影响,减少底泥营养盐的再释放,尤其是降低可溶性磷酸盐的释放,从而抑制藻类的过量繁殖。

From Oct.2006 to Sep.2007,the physical and chemical factors of eight water sampling points from the five main parts of West Lake,including temperature,DO,pH,transparence,TSS(OSS and ISS),TN,TP,concentration of Chla and the biomass of algae were measured and analyzed monthly. The relationships between average density of three dominant phytoplankton species and gross algae and TN,TP were discussed. The results showed that the concentrations of TN and TP were still rather high. The average TN was 2.63mg/L, and the variation range of TN was 0. 17-7. 88 mg/L; The average TP was 0.087mg/L,the maximum of TP was 0. 187 mg/L in Oct.,2006; and the average Chla was 24. 49 μg/L,the maximum of Chla was 50. 59μg/L in Jul. , 2007,and the minimum was 1 .09μg/L in Feb. ,2007. The main causation may be the release of nutrients caused by the disturbance on the sediment. Nitrogen and phosphorus are the main nutrient elements for phytoplankton. Result of the Pearson Correlation analysis(2-tailed ) showed that there was a high significant negative correlation between the average density of three dominant phytoplankton species(Merismopedia minima,Merismopedia tenuissima and Phormidiaceae tenue ) as well as total algae and TN(P<0.01); and then there was significant positive correlation between the average density of three dominant phytoplankton species as well as total algae and TP(P<0.05).So TP was the main limiting factor for the proliferation of algae. Once in an appropriate conditions of temperature,the high TP may result in a explosive growth of the phytoplankton. As a shallow lake with endogenous pollution eutrophication,in order to control the pollution of Hangzhou West Lake,we need to hold back the impact of man-made factors on the water body to reduce the release of nutrients from the sediment,especially soluble phosphorus,improve the transparency of the water volume,and restore the water environment fundamentally. |
