      研究了凤眼莲种植水抽滤液、活体凤眼莲和干体凤眼莲不同部位的甲醇和丙酮提取物对铜绿微囊藻的化感抑制作用。结果表明:凤眼莲种植水抽滤液及不同部位的提取液均对铜绿微囊藻产生一定的化感抑制作用,并降低了稳定期的铜绿微囊藻产量。10%、50%、100%种植水抽滤液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率分别为81.06%、89.23%和89.78%。凤眼莲不同部位的甲醇和丙酮提取液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制强度不同,以根部的甲醇提取液效果最佳。据此研究,凤眼莲作为杀藻剂的材料具有一定的应用前景。
英文摘要:
       Study was made on the allelopathic effect on Microcystis aeruginosa caused by filtered culturing water and extracts from different parts of Eichhornia crassipes. The results showed that filtered culturing water and extracts from different parts of Eichhornia crassipes had inhibition to Microcystis aeruginosa and reduced algal yield in stabilization period. When the concerntration of filtered culturing water was 10%,50%,100 %,the inhibition rates was 81 .06 %,89.23% and 89.78% respectively. The methanol and acetone extract of different part of Eichhornia crassipes inhibited Microcystis aeruginosa to various extent,of which the methanol abstract of Eichhornia crassipes root had the greatest inhibition. It was indicated that Eichhornia crassipes is one potential algaecide in the future.
