以条石鲷(Oplegnathusfasciatus)受精卵为试验材料,分析了温度和盐度对其胚胎发育、胚胎孵化率、幼体畸形率和幼体存活率的影响,拟合了温度与胚胎发育的线形关系,观察了胚胎在不同盐度条件下的分布。结果表明,温度在22.2~24.1℃、盐度30.2~37.9时,胚胎孵化率、幼体存活率均较高且畸形率较低;胚胎孵化时间(H)
与孵化温度(T)的关系式为:H=0.1199T2-6.6335T+118.79
(R2=0.9581);盐度低于26.4,受精卵沉于水中,高于这一盐度则漂浮水面。初孵仔鱼在海水中的分布和受精卵有一定的相似性。 |

The effects of the temperature and salinity on the embryo development,hatching rate,juvenile malformation rate,juvenile survival rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus were researched,fitting equation between temperature and embryo development,embryo and juvenile distribution were also researched. The result indicated that:When the temperature and salinity were 22. 2-24. 1℃,30.2-37.9 respectively,the hatching rate and juvenile survivalrate of Oplegnathus fasciatus were high and the juvenile malformation rate was low; There was a significant curvy correlation between water temperature T and incubation time H: H=0. 1199T2-6. 6335 T+118. 79(R2=0. 9581); It was found that most of fertilization egg sank into the water below 26.4,and floated on water above this salinity;T he phenomenon which juveniles distributed in the sea water was similar to that of fertilization egg.
