       实验研究了微生态净水剂对鲤血液生理指标和生化指标的影响。施加微生态净水剂65d后,显著降低了鲤红细胞的渗透脆性,使红细胞数由11260万个/mm3 显著增加到12240万个/mm3(P<0.05);血红蛋白由460g/100mL极显著增加到690g/100mL(P<0.01);红细胞压积由35.2%显著增加到39.2%(P<0.05);血清中TP、ALB、GLO、白球比的含量无明显变化;血清中GLU、ALP分别较对照组提高了221%(P<0.01)、51%(P<0.05);血清中ACP、GPT分别较对照组降低了14%(P>0.05)、24%(P<0.05)。微生态净水剂能优化鲤的抗应激指标,提高鱼体防御功能,增强抵抗疾病的能力。

      Microbial water purifying agents is made of live bacterial products that contain probiotic microorganism and were processed by special technology. In this experiment of farming common carp(Cyprinus carpio ) there were two test groups: one group the carps for treatment group was cultured in fresh water by using microbial water purifying agents for 65 date,the other group for control group was cultured in the water without using microbial water purifying agents. The results showed that erythrocyte number(RBC; P<0.05),hemoglobin(Hb;P<0.01),hematocrit value(HCT;P<0.05)were significantly increased,erythrocyte osmotic fragility(EOF)were significantly decreased compared with the control Biochemical parameters were also determined and it has been observed that serum trans-cypermethrin(GOT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glucose and triglyceride ( TG(P<0.05)were significantly increased 221%, 51%than the control. However, blood serum total protein,globulin protein and albumin were not significantly different from the control(P>0.05).The results showed that treatment group was obviously better than contral group in physiological and biochemcal parameters. The results indicate that microbial water purifying agents used in the carp pond can essentially strengthen the resistance of the exotic environment and resistance against disease by directly improving water quality and indirectly improving physique.
