| 比较了琼脂斜面法、穿刺石蜡法和甘油冷冻法保存灿烂弧菌（Ｖｉｂｒｉｏｓｐｌｅｎｄｉｄｕｓ）和创伤弧菌（Ｖｉｂｒｉｏｖｕｌｎｉｆｉ ｃｕｓ）的效果。结果表明，甘油冷冻法和穿刺石蜡法的保存期显著比琼脂斜面法长，保存１２月后，各保存方法细菌的毒力都有不同程度的下降，甘油冷冻法显著好于其它２种保存方法。 |

| Three preservation methods(serially passage nn bevel method，puncture-paraffin method，glycerol cry-preservation method ) for same strain of Vibrio splendidus and Vibrio vulnificus were compared in this paper. The result showed that the preserved stage of glycerol cry-preservation method and puncture-paraffin method was longer than anther method; the virulence of Listonella anguillarum preserving twelve months decreased in different degree for three preservation methods，glycerol cry-preservation method was better than the others.
