采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)比较研究了岗更湖(淡水)和达里诺尔湖(盐碱水)中瓦氏雅罗鱼(Leu ciscuswaleckii)的同工酶,旨在明确该品种在盐碱水域和淡水水域中同工酶的不同,同时也为瓦氏雅罗鱼在内陆水域的引种与放流提供科学依据。试验研究了两湖中瓦氏雅罗鱼骨骼肌、肝脏、心肌组织中过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)。结果表明,两湖中瓦氏雅罗鱼的过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶存在差异性,而苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的差异不显著。

Leuciscus waleckii is a fish that can undertake salinity strongly,in this paper comparatively studied Isoenzymes of Leuciscus waleckii live in salt water and fresh water with polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis (PAGE), to find difference of Isoenzymes of Leuciscus waleckii live in Nalinor Lake (salt water) and Ganggeng (fresh water) . By studying , to provide basic research for mechanism of salinity and give scientific guidance for introduced in inland waters and release of Leuciscus waleckii. Through a comparative study peroxidase(POD),esterase(EST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH ) and malic acid de-hydrogenase(MDH) in muscle , liver and heart tissue of Leuciscus waleckii , the results obtained :Leuciscus waleckii with differences in expression of the isozymes in the two lakes, and EST mapping has the biggest differences between them,LDH and POD are also have differences in the pattern, but MDH pattern no significant difference. Experiments show that peroxidase(POD),esterase(EST)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH ) of Leuciscus wuleckii have differences in two lakes,whereas the difference of malic acid dehydrogenase(MDH) was not significant.
