丝尾鳠(Mystus wyckioides)是分布于云南省境内澜沧江水系的土著鱼类,近年来由于滥捕及澜沧江流域修建电站等原因,丝尾!野生资源日益稀缺,其市场经济价值和研究推广价值也随之提高。2005年起,在澜沧江的一级支流中采集野生亲本,并进行了驯养及人工繁殖研究。于2006年4月首次获得人工繁殖成功,至2009年已累计繁殖成功并培育出5cm以上苗种70余万尾。经过4年的技术改进,2009年催产6批、28组,催产率达到100%,授精率达到71%,孵化率达到88%。介绍了丝尾!从采集野生亲鱼到成功驯养的全过程,分析了采集、驯养过程中存在的问题及解决方法。在成功驯养的基础上,探讨了野生丝尾!的人工催产繁殖及孵化技术。 |

Mystus wyckioides is an indigenous species of Lancang River in Yunnan province. For building water and electricity station along Lancang River and over arrested,the resources of wild Mystus wyckioides have became a rarity in recent years. Wide individuals had been arrested for domestication and artificial propagation since 2005. In April 2006,success was achieved in propagation for the first time. Up to 2009,about 700 thousand fries , each of them was more than 5 cm long in average,had been hatched. By having kept improving the techniques of domestication and propagation in the past four years,6 groups of fries equal to 28 items were hatched in 2009. Now the induction rate reaches 100%,the fertilized rate reaches 71%,and the hatching rate reaches 88%. This report introduced the whole process form catching wide individuals to the domestication. The problems in this course and the methods to solve them had been analyzed. On the achievement of the domestication,the paper made a preliminary report on the techniques of artificial propagation. |
