       以怀头鲶(Silurussoldatovi)为母本、鲶(Silurusasotus)为父本进行人工杂交,同时怀头鲶、鲶分别进行自交,在200~23.5℃水温条件下,3种受精卵分别以附着方式进行孵化。对受精卵的受精率和胚胎发育进程进行观察。结果表明,3种受精卵的胚胎发育以神经胚期为分界点,怀头鲶、杂交鲶在神经胚期前发育较慢,鲶受精卵发育较快;神经胚期后的器官形成期至胚体出膜阶段,怀头鲶、杂交鲶胚胎发育比鲶快。杂交鲶的胚胎各发育阶段主要偏向于母本,影响杂交鲶发育的主要因素是怀头鲶的卵而非鲶的精子,母本决定杂交鲶的胚胎和仔鱼发育。
英文摘要:
      The crossing mate was established between Silurus soldatovi(♀)and Silurus asotus(♂),which were simultaneously self-mating,respectively. Under the water temperature 0f 20. 0-23.5℃,the three kinds of fertilized eggs were hatched in the way of the viscosity pattern. The measurements of their fertilized rate and the comparative observation embryonic development were carried out. The results were showed that during the period of embryonic development of three kinds of fertilized eggs,the demarcation point was Neurula stage. Before the neurula stage,the development of Silurus soldatovi and hybrid Silurus asotus was more slow than that of Silurus asotus,but from the organogenesis stage to the hatching stage,the developmental speed of Silurus soldatovi and the hybrid was faster than that of Silurus asotus and also the embryos and prophase fry of the hybrid were obviously biased against maternal parent,so the main factor affecting the development of hybrid was Silurus soldatovi egg but not Silurus asotus sperm,and the maternal effects affected the development of embryo and early stage fry of hybrid.
