| Competition experiment was carried out for Microcystis aerugionosa and Chlorella vulgaris. Based on the experiment and calculation, the growth patterns of Microcystis aerugionosa and Chlorella vulgaris in pure culture and mixed culture were obtained respectively. The competitive parameters were calculated. In pure culture, the growth rate of Microcystis aerugionosa and Chlorella vulgaris was 0. 451/d and 0. 419/d respectively, and the maximum capacity K was 1 414 × 10^4 and 812 ×10^4 cells/mL. In mixed culture, the competitive parameter of Microcystis aerugionosa on Chlorella vulgaris was 1.44, and that of Chlorella vulgaris on Microcystis aerugionosa was 0. 90. |
