采用毒性试验方法,试验期为10d,研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)几种组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,Cd2+浓度设4组,分别为0.1569、0.3138、0.6275、1.2550mg/L,设1个对照组(0mg/L)。结果表明,血液和肝脏SOD比活力随着试验浓度的增大,表现出相似的抑制-诱导-抑制规律;鳃表现为诱导-抑制;肾脏一直表现为抑制,抑制程度为下降-升高-下降;肌肉一直表现为诱导。 |

The aim of this research was to study the effect of Cd2+under long l0ds' exposure on activities of protecting enzyme SOD in tissues of carp. The concentrations of cadmium are grouped into five which are 0,0. 1569,0. 3138,0. 6275,1 .2550 mg/L. The results showed that: the SOD activities of blood and liver showed the same laws with the increasing of the test concentration. Let's say: suppress-induced-suppress,gill showed: induced-suppress.And the kidney always showed suppress,and the degree of suppress are down-higher-down. And the muscle always showed induced,but it showed in downward trend. |
