以静水法研究了石油烃和镉对毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)的急性毒性试验和联合毒性效应,并采用水生毒理联合毒性相加指数法对毒性进行评价。结果表明,单一毒性作用时,24、48、72、96h石油烃对毛蚶的LC50分别是6.863、5.129、2.965、1.914mg/L;24、48、72、96h镉对毛蚶的LC50分别是12.27、7.86、6.16、5.17mg/L。石油烃和镉对毛蚶的联合毒性作用,当采用毒性1∶1进行试验时,暴露时间分别为24、48h时,AI<0,表现为拮抗作用,暴露时间分别为72、96h时,AI>0,表现为协同作用;采用浓度1∶1试验时,暴露时间分别为24、48h时,AI<0,表现为拮抗作用,暴露时间分别为72、96h时,AI>0,表现为协同作用;表明随着暴露时间的增加,石油烃和镉的联合毒性从拮抗作用转变为协同作用。 |

The acute toxicity and joint toxicity of petroleum hydrocarbons(PHCs)and cadmium on Scapharca subcrenata was studied adopting the static test method. The method of additive index was used to evaluate the effect of joint toxicity. The result indicated that LC50 of petroleum hydrocarbons exposed to Scapharca subcrenata for 24,48,72,96 h were 6. 863 , 5.129, 2.965,1.914 mg/L,respectively. Those for cadmium were 12.27, 7.86, 6.16, 5.17mg/ L,respectively. The joint toxicity of petroleum hydrocarbons and cadmium with the toxicity 1:1 were antagonistic at 24 ,48 h, while it was synergistic at 72, 96 h. The joint toxicity of both contaminations with the concentration 1:1 had the same effect with those with the toxicity 1:1 .This showed that joint toxicity of two pollutants was antagonistic early and then changed into synergistic with the exposure time prolonging.
