以安徽淮南大通区南塌陷塘为研究对象,通过为期1年的采样、监测,共检出浮游动物75属、123种,主要优势种为臂尾轮属(Brachionus)和秀体蟤属(Diaphanosoma)。调查结果显示,大型浮游动物的平均丰度为230
个/L,原生动物平均丰度为168个/L。随着季节的变化,浮游动物的丰度及生物量变化幅度较大,原生动物的丰度以春季最高,夏季次为;而大型浮游动物的丰度均以夏季最高,春季次为;原生动物和大型浮游动物的最低丰度均出现在冬季,平均丰度分别为420个/L和224个/L。利用3种多样性指数对该采煤塌陷水域进行了水质评价,大通区南塌陷塘属于乙型中污-甲型中污,在一定程度上说明塌陷塘有机污染的加重。 |

The Datong coal subsidence pool(name called Datong south coal subsidence pool ) as the main study pool ,the subsidence area had a one-year sampling and monitoring. It is identified a total of 123 kinds of zooplankton,for a total of 75 case,the dominant species is Brachionus and Diaphanosoma. We can see that the average of large zooplankton abundance is 230ind. /L , the average abundance of protozoa is 168 ind. /L. Zooplankton abundance and biomass are change as the season ahange. Protozoa abundance in spring,followed by summer; Large zooplankton abundance are highest in summer, followed by spring; Protozoa and large zooplankton abundance were lowest in winter,Average abundance were 420 ind. /L and 224 ind. /L. Using 3 kinds of biological diversity,water-quality were discussed. in the coal subsidence pool. The results is B of pollution-A of pollution. To some extent it explained the increase of organic pollution. |
