      为减少高密度养殖下菲牛蛭疾病发生和养殖废水排放,研究比较了3种商品化有益微生物制剂(硝化细菌T1、光合细菌T2和EM复合菌T3)对菲牛蛭高密度养殖水体的净化效果。结果表明,3种有益微生物制剂在15天内均能使养殖水体的pH稳定在6.8以上,溶氧量(DO)分别比对照组提高30.12%(T1),26.95%(T2)和46.12%(T3),化学耗氧量(COD)分别比对照组低1.02 mg/L(T1)、1.13 mg/L(T2)和1.53 mg/L(T3);3个处理组对氨氮(NH4+ - N)的平均降解率分别为:48.48%(T1),45.23%(T2)和63.10%(T3),亚硝态氮(NO2- - N)平均值分别比对照组低:0.16 mg/L(T1),0.19 mg/L(T2)和0.27 mg/L(T3)。3个处理组菲牛蛭存活率均高达90%以上,明显高于对照组(53%)。3种有益微生物制剂均有显著增加溶氧量、降低氨氮、亚硝态氮和化学耗氧量的效应。因此,本研究中3种有益微生物对菲牛蛭养殖水体均具有很好的净化作用,其中以EM复合菌效果最佳。
英文摘要:
       In order to supply feasibility basis for water quality control by active microbial agent, three profitable microbes were applied to study their effects on the water quality of the leech, Hirudinaria manillensis culturing high density indoors. The results showed that the three profitable microbes all could stabilize pH over 6.8 within 15 days, and the DO value of three trial groups were increased 30.12 %(T1), 26.95 %(T2) and 46.12 %(T3), respectively than control group, the COD values were less than control group with 1.02 mg/L(T1)、1.13 mg/L(T2) and 1.53 mg/L(T3), respectively. During the experiment, the NH4+ - N degradation rate of three profitable microbes were 48.48 %(T1), 45.23 %(T2) and 63.10 %(T3), respectively, and the NO2- - N value were decreased 0.16 mg/L (T1), 0.19 mg/L (T2) and 0.27 mg/L (T3), respectively than control group. Meanwhile, the survival rate of the leech, H. manillensis in the three experiment tanks were above 90%, which was higher than the control (53%) significantly. All the microbial agents had the effects of significantly increasing DO content, decreasing NH4+ - N, NO2- - N and COD contents. In conclusion, the three profitable microbes in our study all had an important regulatory effect on the water quality in health culture of the leech, H. manillensis, and especially the EM complex had the best effect.
