      从试验研究和生产实践中总结出细鳞鲴规模化人工繁育技术,对具体技术进行了描述、量化说明和讨论。细鳞鲴规模化人工繁育是项综合技术,其关键技术是催产药物配伍及其用量、自然产卵受精脱粘材料的选用和鱼苗至夏花阶段的培育。最佳的催产药物是促黄体素释放激素LHRH—A2+地欧酮(DOM)+绒促性素(HCG),雌鱼剂量(LHRH—A210μg+DOM5mg+HCG300 IU)/kg,雄鱼减半。自然产卵受精脱粘材料宜选用滑石粉、食盐液(滑石粉200g、食盐25g加水5kg搅匀)。鱼苗至夏花阶段的关键是要培育适口的天然饵料和掌握鱼苗下塘时机。
英文摘要:
      This paper summarized the large-scale artificial breeding technique of Plagiognathops microlepis for which a quantitative description and discussion were made through the trial and practice. The most effective spawning-inducing-hormone for the females is a mixture of LHRH - A2, DOM and HCG, and their dosages are 10 μg/ kg, 5 mg/kg and 300 IU/kg, respectively. Suitable de-adhesive material is a mixed solution of 200 g talc and 25 g salt dissolved in 5 kg water. Cultivating appropriate prey and stocking timely were critical during fry rearing phase.
