| 进行了蛋氨酸碘对５种养殖鱼类的急性毒性和抑菌作用的研究，以期为在水产养殖上安全有效地使用蛋氨酸碘防治水生动物疾病和避免鱼类中毒提供科学依据。实验采用静水试验法检测蛋氨酸碘对鲫（Ｃａｒａｓｓｉｕｓａｕｒａ ｔｕｓ）、鲢（Ｈｙｐｏｐｈｔｈａｌｍｉｃｈｔｈｙｓｍｏｌｉｔｒｉｘ）、团头鲂（Ｍｅｇａｌｏｂｒａｍａａｍｂｌｙｃｅｐｈａｌａ）、中华倒刺!（Ｓｐｉｎｉｂａｒｂｕｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）和草鱼（Ｃｔｅｎｏｐｈａｒｙｎｇｏｄｏｎｉｄｅｌｌｕｓ）的急性毒性，其４８ｈ半数致死浓度（ＬＣ５０）分别为１１．７０、１０．５０、１１．５０、１２．４０、１４．６０ｍｇ／Ｌ，安全浓度（ＳＣ）分别为１．１３、１．０３、１．１３、１．１３、１．３８ｍｇ／Ｌ；采用试管稀释法进行了蛋氨酸碘对嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ）、温和气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｓｏｂｒｉａ）及荧光假单胞菌（Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓｆｌｕｏｒｅｓｃｅｎｓ）３种类常见致病菌的抑菌试验，最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）分别为０．０１５６２、０．０６２５０、０．０３１２５μＬ／ｍＬ，最低杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ）为０.０６２５０、０．２５０００、０．０６２５０μＬ／ｍＬ。试验结果表明，蛋氨酸碘具有较好的抑菌和杀菌作用。

| The acute toxicity reaction of Iodine Methionine was tested to Carassius auratus, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Megalobrama amblycephala,Spinibarbus sinensis and Ctenopharyngodon idellus. The median lethal concen-trations（ LC50 ） were 11.70, 10.50,11.50, 12.40, 14.60 mg/L respectively in 48h, and the safe concentration （SC） were 1.13,1.03,1.13 , 1.13 , 1.38mg/L respectively in 96 h. The bacteriostatic action of Iodine Methio-nine was observed to Aeromonas hydrophila,Aeromonas sobria and Pseudomonas fluorescens. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations （MIC） were O. 01562,0.06250 ,0.03152 μL/mL respectively, and the mini-mum bactericidal concentrations（MBC） were O. 06250,0. 25000,0. 06250 μL/mL. |
