三疣梭子蟹抗乳化病相关基因的初步研究

      在梭子蟹疾病高发季节,从宁波市梅山岛养殖场分别采集了三疣梭子蟹幼蟹得乳化病即将死亡个体10只和健康个体8只,用RAPD技术对此18个个体的进行了检测。从20个随机引物中筛选出6个,对每只梭子蟹的DNA进行扩增。结果表明,每个引物扩增出2~8条清晰可辨且重复性强的条带,并在引物S96对2组蟹的检测结果中,从得病组里得到了1条分子量在847bp左右的特异性条带,进而推测此条带应与抗乳化病能力的强弱有关。
英文摘要:
      This article gathered 18 individuals cheeper of Portunu strituberculatu, including 8 healthe and 10 dying individuals caused by emulsification disease , from Ningbo Meishan. Researching these individuals by RAPD. We filter 6 random primes from 20 ones and amplicate every individual. The result indicated that, each primer used for the detection could produce 2 -8 molecular markers and the reproducible fingerprints. And from the result of the detecting of prime S96 we get a differential segment about 847bp in the sick group, therefore, We conclude that segment is related to ability of the resistance to emulsification disease.
