| 在梭子蟹疾病高发季节，从宁波市梅山岛养殖场分别采集了三疣梭子蟹幼蟹得乳化病即将死亡个体１０只和健康个体８只，用ＲＡＰＤ技术对此１８个个体的进行了检测。从２０个随机引物中筛选出６个，对每只梭子蟹的ＤＮＡ进行扩增。结果表明，每个引物扩增出２～８条清晰可辨且重复性强的条带，并在引物Ｓ９６对２组蟹的检测结果中，从得病组里得到了１条分子量在８４７ｂｐ左右的特异性条带，进而推测此条带应与抗乳化病能力的强弱有关。

| This article gathered 18 individuals cheeper of Portunu strituberculatu, including 8 healthe and 10 dying individuals caused by emulsification disease , from Ningbo Meishan. Researching these individuals by RAPD. We filter 6 random primes from 20 ones and amplicate every individual. The result indicated that, each primer used for the detection could produce 2 -8 molecular markers and the reproducible fingerprints. And from the result of the detecting of prime S96 we get a differential segment about 847bp in the sick group, therefore, We conclude that segment is related to ability of the resistance to emulsification disease. |
