      采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)分析了不同浓度Cd2+(0、0.25、2.5 mg/L)胁迫24、48、72 h对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)肝脏和鳃中金属硫蛋白(MT)基因的相对表达水平的影响。结果表明,泥鳅肝脏和鳃MT基因的表达对外源Cd2+胁迫所表现出的反应存在差异,肝脏比鳃更为敏感;Cd2+浓度越高,胁迫时间越长,则肝脏和鳃中MT基因的相对表达水平越高。在受到Cd2+胁迫时,肝脏和鳃中大量表达MT,可降低Cd2+对机体造成的损伤。泥鳅MT基因可以作为监测水环境中镉污染的生物标志物之一。
英文摘要:
      This article studied the effects of different concentrations of Cd2+ (0, 0.25, 2.5mg/L) exposure on MT gene expression in liver and gill of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus for 24, 48 and 72 hours by analyzing real-time PCR data. The results indicated that there was difference in MT gene expression between the liver and gill after exposure to Cd2+, and the liver was more sensitive than gill in response to Cd2+ exposure. MT gene expression increased with the increase of Cd2+ concentration and the extension of exposure time. Under the stress of Cd2+, MT in the liver and gill will highly express to protect organism from damage. Therefore, MT gene of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus can be considered as a biomarker of Cd2+ pollution in water environment.
