      用传统的微生物学分离培养方法,从斑点叉尾!(Ictaluruspunctatus)的鳃、肠和肝等器官共分离到16株可疑病原细菌(编号为WJ01~16),以提取的基因组DNA为模版,扩增出约600bp大小的16SrDNA片段,测序并与GenBank数据库中的已知序列进行比对。16株细菌中,9株同源性在98%以上,5株在95%以上,2株为92%。系统发育分析表明,16株细菌明显地聚为3支。
英文摘要:
      Sixteen strains of suspicious pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the branchias,intestines and livers of punctatus with the tranditional microbiology method. Used the isolated genome DNA as 600bp fragments of 16S rDNA of sixteen strains were amplified by PCR method. The sequence analysis indicated that the similarity value of nine strains of the sixteen bacteria are 98%一100 %, five are 95%-97 % and two are 92%,by comparing the 16S rDNA sequence of the isolated strains whth the relative bacteria in the Gen-Bank database. The phylogenetic analysis showed that the sixteen strains of bacteria obviously assembled three branches.
