      为探究包头市南海湖的水质状况及富营养化趋势,于2017年4月至2018年3月,在南海湖中选取20个采样点,对水体中叶绿素a含量及主要营养盐进行测定,并对叶绿素a和营养盐含量进行相关系分析。结果表明,南海湖水体总氮(TN)含量为1.60~5.95 mg/L,平均值为3.54 mg/L;总磷(TP)含量为0.17~0.36 mg/L,平均值为0.42 mg/L,其指标均超过了地表水Ⅴ类标准。氮磷营养盐存在时空差异,TN和氨氮(NH3-N)随季节变化明显,其含量均呈现冬季>秋季>夏季>春季,TN和NH3-N含量在冬季达到了最高值,其平均含量分别为5.95 mg/L和2.18 mg/L;TP含量主要表现为秋季最高,春季最低;硝态氮(NO3--N)含量四季差异不大,其含量变化在0.30~0.54 mg/L。空间上,各营养盐均呈现东部、北部高,西部、南部低的趋势。南海湖水体叶绿素a(Chl-a)含量变化为21.94~40.92 μg/L,平均含量为30.96 mg/L,已达到了轻度藻华风险。时间上,其含量呈现秋季>夏季>春季>冬季;空间上呈现东北高、西南低的趋势,与氮磷营养盐的分布趋势相同。四季的水体Chl-a与TN、NH3-N、TP均呈现显著正相关(P<0.05),表明这3个指标营养盐含量的高低将直接影响南海湖的Chl-a含量。

      Nanhai Lake is located in south Donghe district of Baotou City. It is part of an important global bird migration route and its unique ecology provides ideal habitat for fish, birds and amphibians. In recent years, discharge of urban sewage and farmland runoff has resulted in the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus and eutrophication of the lake. To better understand the water quality trends and eutrophication of Nanhai Lake, we measured the concentrations of chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) and primary nutrients in samples from 20 sites in the lake from April 2017 to March 2018, and analyzed the relationship between Chl-a and nutrient content. The objective was to provide scientific data to support efforts to conserve water resources and improve water quality in Nanhai Lake. The ranges of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) concentrations in Nanhai Lake were, respectively, 1.60-5.95 mg/L and 0.17-0.81 mg/L, with average values of 3.54 mg/L and 0.42 mg/L, both exceeding the standard for grade V surface water. Nitrogen and phosphorus presented spatial and temporal differences in Nanhai Lake: TN and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) concentrations varied significantly with season, peaking in the winter at 5.95 mg/L and 2.18 mg/L and following the order, winter>autumn>summer>spring. TP content was highest in autumn and lowest in spring. Nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) concentrations displayed no obvious difference among seasons and fluctuated in the range of 0.30-0.54 mg/L. Spatially, nutrient concentrations were all higher in the east and north than in the west and south. The range of Chl-a in Nanhai Lake was 21.94-40.93 μg/L and averaged 30.96 mg/L, indicating a slight algal bloom risk. In terms of the temporal distribution, Chl-a concentration followed the order autumn>summer>spring>winter and displayed the same spatial distribution as nitrogen and phosphorus, higher in the northeast and lower in the southwest. Chl-a showed a significant positive correlation with TN, ammonia nitrogen and TP in all four seasons (P<0.05), strongly indicating that these nutrients directly affect the Chl-a content in Nanhai Lake.
