      为揭示纤毛虫病原生物海洋拟阿脑虫在不同浓度三氯异氰尿酸影响下的种群动力学规律,本文以致病性纤毛虫海洋拟阿脑虫(Paranophrys marina)为实验材料,在28℃恒温及光照1000Lux,光暗周期为12:12(D:N)的培养条件下,研究浓度为0、0.015、0.030、0.060、0.120、0.250、0.500mg/L的三氯异氰尿酸对海洋拟阿脑虫种群增长的影响和0、0.05、0.15、0.16、0.17、0.18mg/L的三氯异氰尿酸对海洋拟阿脑虫种群增长的影响。结果显示:海洋拟阿脑虫种群增长曲线符合逻辑斯蒂增长曲线;三氯异氰尿酸对海洋拟阿脑虫种群增长在经过3d的停滞期进入增长期,在0.18mg/L下其繁殖速度最慢,最大种群密度的表现为0.15mg/L>0.16mg/L>0.17mg/L>0.18mg/L。三氯异氰尿酸浓度的增加能有效抑制海洋拟阿脑虫的种群增长。研究表明,三氯异氰尿酸浓度在0.18 mg/L能显著抑制海洋拟阿脑虫种群增长率种群,并为海水养殖动物的海洋尾丝虫病研究及治疗提供了实验生态学数据。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different concentrations of trichloroisocyanuric acid on the population dynamics of Paranophrys marina was investigated using experimental ecological method in rice medium at 28℃ in the light culture condition of 1000 Lux. The population parameters of ciliate were analyzed at 0 mg/L, 0.015mg/L, 0.030mg/L, 0.060mg/L, 0.120 mg/L,0.250 mg/L,0. 50 mg/L , respectively. The results showed that the stagnation phase of Paranophrys marina was delayed for three days with the rising concentration of the trichloroisocyanuric acid . The lowest population density of Paranophrys marina was found at 0.18 mg/L concentration. The population growth rate were in the order of 0.05mg/L>0.15mg/L>0.16mg/L>0.17mg/L>0.18mg/L and were considerably higher in cultural media. The results suggest that trichloroisocyanuric acid can effectively inhibit the population growth of Paranophrys marina. The maximal population growth rate was decreased significantly under the stress of the concentration of 0.18 mg/L. These findings provided the method of aquatic pathogenic protozoa in vitro monoclonal and providing the theoretical data for the prevention and treatment of diseases of pathogenic ciliates in aquatic animal.
