      为研究水位波动对湿地植物生长的影响,通过水培试验研究了高水位梯度及淹水时间对石菖蒲(Acorusta tarinowii)叶绿素以及光合性能的影响,旨在揭示高水位胁迫对石菖蒲生理功能的影响机理。结果显示,与对照相比,半淹处理可显著提高石菖蒲植株叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、净光合速率(P<0.05);全淹处理时各项指标则显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,半淹处理可提高植株叶绿素含量,增强植株光合作用;全淹处理则抑制植株生长,研究表明石菖蒲具有一定的抗淹能力,适宜的水位高度可促进其生长。
英文摘要:
      According to the hydoponic experiment,this paper studied the effect of high water level gradient and flooding time on chlorophyll and photosynthetic characteristics of Acorus tatarinowii. It aimed at studying the effect of water level fluctuation on the growth of wetland plants and revealing the influence mechanism of high water level stress on the physiological function of Acorus tatarinowii. Comparing to the controls,the experimental result showed that half-submerged treatment could significantly increase Acorus tatarinowii plants chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular COZ concentration and net photosynthesis rate ( P<0.05),while the full-submerged treatment could significantly decreases these indexes(P<0.05).It followed that half-submerged treatment could increase plants chlorophyll content and enhance plants photosynthesis,while full-submerged treatment could inhibits plants growth. It was presented that Acorus tatarinowii had a certain ability of resisting flood,and the suitable water level was good for its growth.
