河流对河岸带落水区土壤线虫生态指数的影响

      选取辽河干流中下游鞍山-盘锦段为研究区域,通过对5个采样点的分析,以河岸之外未受流域影响的区域为对照,探讨河岸带落水区土壤线虫生态指数的变化。结果表明,由于受流域影响,在河岸带落水区,土壤线虫c-p(colonizer-persister)值显著低于对照区域。c-p1至c-p3的线虫占全部线虫比例的90%左右。各采样点落水区c-p1和c-p2线虫比例均高于对照区(P<0.05)。食真菌与食细菌线虫比例指数F/B(Fungivores to baterivores ratio)整体小于对照区域,表明河岸带落水区土壤食微线虫食物网更倾向于食细菌通道,线虫通路比值NCR分析(Nematode channel ratio)也说明了这种变化趋势。落水区线虫瓦斯乐斯卡指数WI(Micro-to plant-feeding nema-todes ratio)整体小于对照区域。河岸带落水区土壤线虫香农-威纳多样性指数H’(Shannon-Weiner diversity)、线虫均匀度指数J(Evenness)以及线虫丰富度指数SR(Richness)均整体小于对照区域,线虫优势度指数λ(Domi-nance)大于对照区域。土壤线虫生态指数可以作为评价河岸带土壤健康程度的重要依据。
英文摘要:
      The Anshan-Panjin part as the middle and lower part of Liao River's was those as research area. 5 sampling points were made in the research area. By field observation and sampling analysis , and also by the contrast of the unaffected area of the outside dam , the changes of the soil nematode's Eco index were discussed. The data shows : due to the influence of the river basin , the c-p ( colonizer-persister) value is obviously lower than that in the compare area in the falling zone. The nematode of c-p1 to c-p3 occupied about 90% of the total nematode. The proportion index of F/B ( Fungivores to baterivores ratio ) at the falling zone in the riparian is total lower than those in the compare area, which shows the banks that take into the area soil food web feed nematode slightly more likely to eat bacteria channel in the falling zone. Nematode channel ratio also shows this variation trend. Micro-to plant feeding nematode ratio is total lower than that in the compare area, but the dominance is higher than that in the compare area. Ecological index of soil nematode can be used as the important evaluation of riparian soil health.
