      为研究饲料中添加芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)生长、肠粘膜抗氧化功能及养殖水体水质的影响,选取平均体重为(51.0±2.3)g的健康草鱼450尾,随机分成3组(对照组、处理组1和处理组2),每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼;其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组1和2分别饲喂含复合芽孢杆菌(105cfu/g,枯草芽孢杆菌和解淀粉芽孢杆菌以1:1比例混合)和枯草芽孢杆菌(105cfu/g)的基础日粮,进行了45d试验。结果表明,饲料中添加芽孢杆菌对养殖水体pH和硝酸盐氮含量无显著影响,但从第21天到试验结束期间显著降低了水体中亚硝酸盐氮的含量(处理组1第35天除外)。芽孢杆菌的添加同时显著降低草鱼的死亡率(P<0.05),提高了其增重率和特定生长率。与对照组相比,处理组1和2的草鱼增重率分别提高了52.93%(P<0.01)和21.78%(P<0.05),特定生长率分别提高了44.44%(P<0.01)和16.67%(P<0.05);且处理组1草鱼增重率和特定生长率分别比处理组2提高了25.58%(P<0.01)和23.81%(P<0.01)。肠粘膜抗氧化活性研究表明,与对照组相比,饲料中添加芽孢杆菌能提高草鱼肠粘膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。饲料中添加芽孢杆菌可以改善养殖水质和草鱼肠粘膜抗氧化功能,显著促进草鱼生长并降低死亡率。
英文摘要:
      A 45d culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of Bacillus on growth,antioxidant activity of intestinal mucosa of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus ) and water quality. 450 grass carps with initial average weight of ( 51 .0 ±2.3)g were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group,treatment group 1 and 2; three replicates for each group and 50 fish per replicate ).Control group was fed with the basal diet,Group 1 were fed the basal diet supplemented with Bacillus complex(proportion of mixture of B. subtilis and B. amyloliquefaciens:1:1; 105 cfu/g),and Group 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with B. subtilis only(105cfu/g).The results indicated that compared with the control group,water nitrite nitrogen level in Group 1 and Group 2 significantly decreased from the 21st day to the end of the experiment(except on the 35 th day for group 1,P<0.01); and ammonium nitrogen level in group 2 also decreased significantly on the 21st and 35 th day. No significant differences were found for water pH and nitrate nitrogen level among the three groups. Supplementation of Bacillus also decreased the death rate(P<0.05)and improved the growth performance of grass carps. Compared with the control group,WGR of Group 1 and Group 2 increased by 52. 93%(P<0.01)and 21.78 %(P<0.05),and ADFI increased by 44. 44%(P<0. O1)and 16.67%(P<0. 05),respectively; and compared with Group 2,supplementation of complex Bacillus increased both WGR and ADFI of grass carp significantly (25 .58% and 23 .81%,respectively,P<0.01).Further study showed that supplementation of Bacillus improved partial antioxidant capacity of intestinal mucosa of grass carp,as was evidenced by increased activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).It can be concluded that,Bacillus supplementation in basal diets can improve water quality and antioxidant capacity of intestinal mucosa of grass carp,and further improve the growth performance and decrease the death rate of grass carp.
