       为研究南四湖生境的变化及其对沉水植物的影响,通过典型样地调查,应用二元属性数据和数量数据对南四湖沉水植物群落的β多样性进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)南四湖沉水植物共有8种,隶属于5科、5属,种数最多的为眼子菜科,全湖分布最广的则为金鱼藻。(2)多样性测度及空间位置梯度变化分析表明,βC、βT 的变化趋势与CN、CMH呈现明显相反的趋势,2种测度方法均表明,湖区沉水植物受生境变化的影响,导致沉水植物群落的β多样性增加。(3)相对频度、相对生物量和重要值3种测度指标曲线规律相对趋势一致;Morisita-Horn指数较Bray-Curti指数更理想。(4)聚类分析结果表明,可以将6个样地划分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 种类型。
英文摘要:
      To protect the ecological environment and aquatic plant resources in Nansi Lake,it was very important to study on the submerged plant community diversity and the relationship between the diversity change and environment gradients. On the foundation of general quadrats investigation and study,this paper applied the binary and the numerical data to measure the diversity of submerged plant community in Nansi Lake. According to the characteristics of submerged plant,the relative frequency,relative biomass and relative dominance were respectively used as the numerical data to calculate CN and CMH. The result showed that (1)there were 8 species ( including 5 families ,5genera) of submerged plant in Nansi Lake. The most family with the numbers of species was Potamogetonaceae,and Ceratophyllum demersum was most widely distributed. (2)Through analyzing βdiversity of submerged plant and its altering with location from south to north,the index of βC andβT changes in the contrary trends with that of CN and CMH,and both two kinds of measurement methods indicated that the habitat fragmentation resulted in an increase of the βdiversity of the submerged plants.(3)The curves of diversity index in terms of the relative frequency,relative biomass and dominant value were more consistent trend. Morisita-Horn index was more suitable for describing the submerged plant communityβ-diversity than Bray-Curtis index. (4)The cluster analysis showed that six plots could be divided into three types. The spatial variation characteristics ofβdiversity of submerged plant communities were related to differences in the environment.
