| 采用分光光度法，进行了铜绿假单胞菌（Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓａｅｒｕｇｉｎｏｓａ）培养液浓度测定新方法的研究。结果表明，波长为５８５ｎｍ，以培养基为基准液（空白），铜绿假单胞菌培养液的ＯＤ值能较准确地反映其菌量浓度，两者的相关系数在９６％以上；铜绿假单胞菌培养液的ＯＤ值与菌量的曲线方程为：ｙ＝０．０７１１ｘ＋０．５０１８。 |

| With spectrophotometry，a method which was studied to test the concentration of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is described in this paper. The results showed that the Ods of fermentation solution obtained by this method could be fairly corresponding with the concentration of Pseudomonas aeruginosa obtained by traditional method and their co-efficiency is over 0. 96 when the selected wavelengths is 585nm and the culture medium is regarded as curve equation about the Ods of fermentation solution and concentration of bacteria is y=0. 0711x+0.5018. |
