在实验室条件下,以静水生物测试法研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和孔雀石绿对泥鳅(Misgurnus angullicaudatus)的单一及联合毒性;同时采用Marking相加指数法对联合毒性进行了评价。结果表明,在单一急性毒性试验中,LAS在24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度(LC50)为22.470、20.408、19.364、18.698mg/L,其安全浓度(SC)为5.050mg/L;而孔雀石绿LC50为2.532、2.247、1.961、1.682mg/L,SC为0.531mg/L。孔雀石绿和LAS均为高毒级,且孔雀石绿的毒性大于LAS。孔雀石绿-LAS联合作用24、48、72、96h的AI值分别为0.015、0.036、0.041、0.152,均大于0,呈现出协同作用,并且随着时间的增加,协同作用增强。 |

In the experimental condition,the single and joint toxicity of LAS(Sodium dodecyl benzene)and malachite green on Misgurnus angullicaudatus was studied. The joint toxicity was evaluated with Marking's additive index. The LC50 of LAS at 24 ,48 ,72 and 96 h and its safety concentration were 22. 470 ,20. 408,19.364,18.698 and 5.050 mg/L,respectively. LC50 of malachite green were 2. 532, 2.247,1.961,1.682 and 0. 531 mg/L; The joint toxicity test indicated that the Al of LAS and malachite green joint action at 24 , 48 , 72 and 96 h were 0. 015,0.036 , 0.041 , 0.152 , respectively. Which showed that they had an synergy effect with the increasing of time.
