从“压力-状态-响应”指标框架体系出发,针对秦皇岛市水环境生态系统的现状特点,建立了秦皇岛市水环境安全评价指标体系;采用综合指数法得到水环境综合安全度。水环境安全评价结果表明,秦皇岛市水环境的安伞度相对较低,为0.388;在各子系统中,水环境子系统远低于全国平均水平,是影响秦皇岛市水环境安全的脆弱系统,其中恩格尔系数、化肥施用负荷、人均水资源量、地下水开采系数、生态用水占径流量的百分比、水资源利用率、河流污染百分比等因素是秦皇岛市水环境安全的敏感因子。 |

Based on the state-pressure-response index system and the present status of water environment of Qinhuangdao, the security assessment index system of water environment of Qinhuangdao was established. The synthetical index evaluation method was used to obtain the synthetical security value of water environment. The results of security assessment of water environment showed that the security value of water environment of Qinhuangdao was 0. 388. Among all subsystems, the security level of water environmental subsystem was far below that of the national average and the water environmental subsystem was a fragile system affecting the water environmental security of Qinhuangdao. In the security assessment index system of water environment, Engel's coefficient, fertilizer application load, per capita quantity of water resource, groundwater exploitation coefficient, the ecological water percentage of runoff, the percentage of utilization of water resources, the percentage of river pollution and so on were the sensitive factors of environmental security of Qinhuangdao. |
