      对亚硝酸盐氧化细菌的包埋固定化及其应用进行了研究。选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)混合物作为包埋载体,试验发现混合载体中聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)的含量、包埋菌液浓度和交联时间对固定化效果有重要影响。利用正交试验对这4个因素进行优化,得到最佳包埋条件为:聚乙烯醇8%、海藻酸钠1%、包埋菌液浓度26g/L、固定化小球交联时间16h。对影响固定化菌降解亚硝酸盐氮的因素进行了研究,发现固定化菌的适宜降解条件为:温度30℃、pH7.0及DO≥2.0mg/L。将固定化菌用于养殖水亚硝酸盐氮降解,10d内将亚硝酸盐氮从1.210mg/L降至0.041mg/L,具有稳定、持续降解的特点。

      The immobilized methods of Nitrite-oxidizing Bacterium and the application of immobilized bacteria were studied in this paper. The mixture of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) was chosen as the immobilizing carrier. The content of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate, the amount of entrapped bacteria and crosslinking time were found to influent significantly on the efficiency immobilized beads. The four factors were optimized by orthogonal test method. The optimum imbedding condition was: 8% polyvinyl alcohol, 1% sodium alginate, condensed bacteria liquid 26 g/L and cross-linking time 16 h. The factors which affected the degradation efficiency of entrapped bacteria were studied. The feasible degradation condition was temperature at 30℃ ,pH = 7.0 and DO ≥2.0mg/L. In the test of NO2 - - N degraded with entrapped bacteria in aquaculture wastewater, the concentration dropped from 1. 210 mg/L to 0. 041 mg/L during 10 days. The entrapped bacteria showed stable and sustainable degradation characteristics.
