      四大家鱼是我国典型的江河半洄游性鱼类,其幼鱼具有摄食、育肥等下行洄游需求。本文以四大家鱼中的青、草、鲢、鳙幼鱼(体长5-10 cm)为研究对象,开展四大家鱼幼鱼下行过程中应用水力条件的行为响应及流场偏好研究。在进口流速为0.2 m/s时,分析同一水流环境下鱼的运动行为,四大家鱼幼鱼多表现为主动下行行为,鳙幼鱼的直接下行例最高(达88.5%),青、鲢幼鱼的直接下行率分别为60.0%和56.2%,草幼鱼发生延迟下行的概率大于直接下行(直接下行率为43.8%)。此外,试验鱼对不同流速范围的选择存在差异性,四大家鱼幼鱼在同一水力环境条件下的下行行为选择存在一定的规律性,分析得到青、草、鲢、鳙幼鱼的共同偏好流速为0.228~0.454 m/s,共同偏好紊动能范围0.0014~0.0023 m2/s2。上述偏好范围将为鱼类下行通道的设计与评价提供研究支撑。

      Four major Chinese carps are typical fish and have typical migratory activities in spawning and nursery periods. This paper studied the behavioral response and flow field preference of juvenile carps (body length 5-10 cm), including black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus)、grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)、silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)and bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis), in the process of downstream migration. The movement trajectories and movement behavior of juvenile carps were analyzed under same flow field conditions. Most of the juvenile chinese carps showed active descending behavior,the cases of direct descent of bighead carp were the highest (88.5%), and the direct descending rates of juvenile black carp and silver carp were 60.0% and 56.2%,the proportion of delayed descending was higher than that of direct descending (direct descending:43.8%). Furthermore, there were differences in the selection of different velocity ranges among the experimental fish, and had some regularities in the descending behavior selection of juvenile fish under the same hydraulic environment.Analyse shows that, the common preferred flow velocity of Four major Chinese carps was 0.228~0.454m/s, and the common preferred turbulence kinetic energy was 0.0014~0.0023m2/s2.These preference ranges will provide research support for the design and evaluation of fish passage.
