      基于章江流域着生藻类与水质采样数据,采用着生藻类生物完整性指数法(P-IBI)开展章江流域河流健康评价。通过对28个候选生物参数进行分布范围、判别能力和Pearson 相关性分析,最终确定章江着生藻类生物完整性指数(P-IBI)指标体系。根据参照点的P-IBI值的25%分位数值确定章江流域河流健康评价标准。评价结果表明:章江流域P-IBI平均得分为2.20,河流健康状态为良好状态。在章江流域的9个采样点中,处于健康状态的样点有3个,亚健康状态2个,一般状态3个,较差状态1个。相关性分析表明,P-IBI与高锰酸钾指数、五日生化需氧量、总磷、氨氮、氧化还原电位等水环境指标呈现显著负相关。从空间尺度看,由于城市工业区的影响,章江上游区健康状况较好,中下游呈现受损状态。本研究不仅对我国河流着生藻类健康评价指标建立具有重要的现实意义,还可以为水生态健康评价方法提供基础的数据支持。
英文摘要:
      This paper investigated and analyzed the community structure of periphyton and the physical and chemical characteristics of water environment, by applying the P-IBI to evaluate the health of Zhangjiang River. The B-IBI by analyzing the range of index value distribution, discriminating power and their intercorrelation of 28 candidate biological parameters of macroinvertebrates, with 25% of the P-IBI value for the reference sites.By using those indexes,the results of river health assessment indicate that the average values of P-IBI scores was 2.20 in Zhangjiang River,and its health status was in “fair”shape.Among of the 9 sampling points,3 sites were “healthy”,2 sites were “sub-healthy”,3 sites were “fair”,1 site were “poor”. P-IBI scores were significant correlated with CODMn, BOD5, TN, NH4+ and ORP negatively.From the spatial scale of the basin, the Zhangjiang River was affected by the distribution of current urban industrial areas:the upper reaches of the water system had a better health status, while the middle and lower reaches were worse in health.This study not only has important practical significance for the establishment of P-IBI in China, but also can provide basic data support for water ecological health evaluation methods.
