      为探究陆水水库浮游植物群落的时空格局,于2020年7月(雨季)和12月(旱季),对陆水水库10个采样点的浮游植物和水质理化因子进行了调查分析。结果表明,2次调查共采集到浮游植物6门59属63种,其中绿藻种类最多,有31种,硅藻、蓝藻次之,分别为13种、12种。陆水水库的优势种主要为蓝藻门的尖头藻(Raphidiopsis sp.)、水华束丝藻(Aphanizomenon flos-aquae)、长孢藻(Dolichospermum sp.)以及硅藻门的颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)。陆水水库细胞密度的变化范围为0.03×107~6.27×107个/L,平均值为2.08×107个/L。雨季和旱季浮游植物多样性指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。变差分解和冗余分析结果显示,陆水水库浮游植物群落结构在雨季和旱季存在显著差异,该差异主要受营养盐、WT、pH的影响;环境过滤作用在驱动陆水水库浮游植物群落构建过程占主导地位。优势物种丰度与环境因子的冗余分析显示浮游植物优势类群与WT、TN、CODMn具有显著的相关性。研究结果可为陆水水库的生态系统管理和保护提供参考。

      In this study, we explored the phytoplankton community structure and influencing factors in Lushui reservoir during different hydrological periods. Investigation of phytoplankton and water environmental factors was carried out at ten sampling sites in July (wet season) and December (dry season) of 2020. A total of 63 phytoplankton species belonging to 59 genera and 6 phyla were identified, with dominance by Chlorophyta (31 species), followed by Bacillariophyta (13 species), Cyanophyta (12 species), Dinophyta (4 species), Euglenophyta (2 species), and Cryptophyta (1 species). Among them,50 phytoplankton species were observed in wet season and 41 in the dry season. The dominant species in Lushui reservoir during the investigation were Raphidiopsis sp., Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, Dolichospermum sp. and Melosira sp.. Phytoplankton cell density in Lushui reservoir varied from 0.03×107 to 6.27×107 cells/L, with an average value of 2.08×107 cells/L. The Shannon-Wiener diversity, Pielou evenness and Margalef richness indices of the phytoplankton community were in the respective ranges of 0.77-2.21, 0.17-0.59 and 1.74-11.06 in wet season, and 0.30-2.75, 0.12-0.62, and 1.55-6.16 in dry season. Phytoplankton diversity did not vary significantly with season (P>0.05). However, variation partitioning and redundancy analysis did indicate significant seasonal variation in the phytoplankton community in Lushui Reservoir, and the differences were primarily affected by nutrient level, water temperature, and pH. Environmental filtration was the primary means for determining phytoplankton community structure in Lushui reservoir. The abundance of dominant species was significantly correlated with the water temperature, total nitrogen, and chemical oxygen demand. This study provides guidance for ecosystem management in the reservoir.
