      在当前“碳达峰”和“碳中和”双碳战略背景下,渔业发展迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,尤其是对于内陆淡水渔业,碳汇渔业是未来重要的发展方向。我国是当今世界水产品产量最高的国家,但各地区渔业发展不平衡与不充分,内陆渔业发展水平总体上远低于沿海地区。基于《中国水产统计资料》和《中国渔业统计年鉴》,结合贵州省近年来的渔业发展现状,估算了近5年(2016–2020年)的渔业碳汇强度,分析了贵州地区碳汇渔业的发展潜力。2016–2020年贵州省渔业碳移出量年均1.4万~1.7万 t,平均值为1.5万 t。贵州省水产品捕捞产量和养殖产量均远低于全国平均水平,但近年来大力推广稻渔综合种养和湖库养殖等生态渔业模式,2020年稻田养殖和湖库养殖面积占全省水产养植总面积的74.2%和19.2%,二者产量达到全省总产量的50%以上,远高于全国平均水平。稻渔综合种养和湖库养殖成为贵州重要的生态渔业养殖模式,未来这类具备碳汇功能的生态渔业规模将进一步扩大,是贵州地区转变渔业养殖模式和渔业经济增长方式的机遇,对碳汇渔业的全面推广和渔业可持续发展具有重要指导意义。

      Within the context of double carbon strategies, "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral", fisheries are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, especially the inland freshwater fishery. Carbon sink fisheries are becoming an important direction for development. China has the highest output of aquatic products in the world, but regional fishery development is unbalanced and inadequate, and inland areas lag far behind coastal areas due to geography, climate and history. In this study, Guizhou Province was selected as a case study. Based on "China Fishery Statistical Data" and "China Fishery Statistical Yearbook", we estimated the carbon sink intensity of fishery in Guizhou over recent five years (2016–2020) and analyzed the potential for a carbon sink fishery in Guizhou. The study aimed to provide a reference and guidance for fishery development in Guizhou. The estimates for fishery carbon sink intensity show that annual carbon removal by the Guizhou fishery was in the range of 1.4×104 t to 1.7×104 t from 2016 to 2020, with an average carbon transfer of 1.5×104 t. Development of the Guizhou fishery was relatively behind, and fishery production and aquaculture output were far lower than national average levels. However, Guizhou Province has been vigorously promoting ecological fishery models such as integrated rice field aquaculture and lake-reservoir aquaculture in recent years. By 2020, the area of paddy field breeding and lake-pond breeding accounted for 74.2% and 19.2% of the total area of aquatic farming in the province, and the output of the two water body types accounted for more than half of the total output in Guizhou Province, much higher than the national average. Integrated rice field aquaculture and the lake-reservoir ecological fishery have become important aquaculture models in Guizhou Province and brought opportunity for reversing the traditional aquaculture model and accelerating fishery economy development. In the future, the scale of such ecological fishery types will be further expanded. In addition, the development of integrated rice field aquaculture and lake-reservoir ecological fishery is important for the comprehensive promotion of sustainable carbon sink fisheries.
