河流型水库浮游植物群落特征及环境因子关系研究

      研究河流型水库浮游植物群落结构与水环境因子的关系,为山区河流型水库流域管理、水资源保护以及开发利用提供合理的参考依据。2018-2019年在湖北恩施大龙潭水库布设10个采样点,对水环境因子和浮游植物进行调查,利用Pearson相关性分析法对调查结果进行分析。调查期间共鉴定出藻类186种,隶属于7门89属,其种类数硅藻门(79种)>绿藻门(55种)>蓝藻门(29种)>甲藻门(9种)>隐藻门(7种)>裸藻门(6种)>金藻门(1种)。Margalef丰富度指数平均值为0.94~1.30,依据丰富度指数判断水质整体为中污染。水库浮游植物总细胞密度为3.889×105~282.983×105个/L,均值为79.864×105个/L。夏季较高,冬季显著下降。Pearson相关性分析表明,浮游植物总密度与温度、溶解氧、pH、总磷、高锰酸盐指数呈极显著正相关;与电导率、硝酸盐氮呈极显著负相关。冗余分析表明,温度、pH和高锰酸盐指数是影响水库浮游植物群落结构最主要的环境因子。大龙潭水库较高的海拔和较大的流域面积,有利于硅藻生长;水库年平均水深较深,蓝藻通过水流运动停留在水库上层成为优势种群。

      Dalongtan reservoir is a river-type reservoir located on a tributary of the middle Yangtze River, and playing important role as a permanent drinking water source for the urban area of Enshi?Autonomous?Prefecture. In this study, we investigated the phytoplankton community structure and analyzed its relationship with water environment factors of Dalongtan reservoir using Pearson correlation analysis. We aimed to provide a reference for the management, water resource conservation and development of river-type reservoirs in mountainous areas. From December 2018 to November 2019, seasonal investigation of the water environment factors and phytoplankton were conducted at 10 sampling sites in the Dalongtan reservoir basin. A total of 186 phytoplankton species from 89 genera and 7 phyla were identified during the investigation, with species number, in descending order: diatoms (79 species) > chlorophyta (55 species) > cyanobacteria (29 species) > dinophyta (9 species) > cryptophyta (7 species) > euglenophyta (6 species) > chrysophyta (1 species) . The average value of the Margalef richness index ranged from 0.94 to 1.30, indicating that the level of water pollution was moderate. Total cell density of phytoplankton in the reservoir varied from 3.889×105 to 282.983×105 cell/L during the investigation period and was higher in summer and decreased significantly in winter, with an average value of 79.864×105 cell/L. Pearson correlation analysis shows that the total phytoplankton density had a very significant positive correlation with temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, total phosphorus and the permanganate index, and a very significant negative correlation with the electrical conductivity and nitrate nitrogen. Redundancy analysis shows that temperature, pH and the permanganate index were the environmental factors most affecting phytoplankton community structure. Overall, the high altitude and large water area of Dalongtan reservoir are favorable for the growth of diatoms. Furthermore, the reservoir is deep, and cyanobacteria, staying in the upper layer of the reservoir, become the dominant species.
