      开展浮游动物群落时空分布和环境因子等调查,评价鱼类饵料生物资源和水生态现状,为连环湖水生态环境保护和渔业资源可持续利用提供科学依据。2018年6月-2019年5月,在连环湖阿木塔与牙门喜湖区共设置8个采样点,进行为期1年的调查。共检出浮游动物75种,其中原生动物20种、轮虫21种、枝角类15种、桡足类19种;优势种16种,其中原生动物12种、轮虫和枝角类各1种、桡足类2种;浮游动物群落结构趋于小型化。浮游动物年均丰度为1 060 个/L,年均生物量为2.93 mg/L,夏季平均丰度与生物量最大。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数年均值分别为1.09、0.36和1.56,多样性因季节不同而有所变化,各样点间并不存在明显差异。相关性分析显示,水温和DO是影响连环湖两湖区浮游动物群落结构变化的决定性因子,pH是影响浮游动物种类、丰度的重要正相关因子,透明度为负相关因子。冗余分析(RDA)显示,TN、TLI和叶绿素a也是影响浮游动物群落结构的重要因素。水体理化指标和多样性指数的综合评价结果表明,连环湖阿木塔与牙门喜湖区水质状况整体为α-中污型、轻度富营养水平。

      Lianhuan Lake is located in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province and consisted of 18 connected lakes with a total area of 556.08 km2, the largest alkaline lake and primary fishery of northeast China. In this study, we explored the spatiotemporal distribution of the zooplankton community and analyzed its relationship with environmental factors in Lianhuan Lake. The objectives were to evaluate the food organism resources of fish, the status of hydroecology, and provide scientific evidence for conserving the aquatic ecology and sustainably developing fishery resources. From June 2018 to May 2019, a seasonal investigation of zooplankton was carried out at eight sampling sites in Amuta and Yamenxi Lakes and included measurement of environmental factors, including pH, water temperature (WT) , transparency (SD) chlorophyll a (Chl- a), dissolved oxygen (DO), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP). A total of 75 zooplankton species were identified, including 20 protozoans, 21 rotifers, 15 cladocerans and 19 copepods. Dominant species included 12 protozoans, 1 rotifer, 1 cladoceran and 2 copepods. The zooplankton community structure displayed a trend towards miniaturization. The annual average abundance and biomass of zooplankton were 1,060 ind/L and 2.93mg/L and both were higher in summer than in other seasons. The annual Shannon-Wiener diversity, Pielou evenness and Margalef richness indices of the zooplankton community averaged, respectively, 1.09,0.36 and 1.56. Zooplankton diversity also varied seasonally, but difference among the eight sampling sites was not significant. Correlation analysis showed that WT and DO were the major environmental factors affecting zooplankton community structure. Zooplankton species and abundance were positively correlated with pH and negatively correlated with SD. RDA shows that the zooplankton community was also related to TN, Chl-a and the comprehensive trophic level index (TLI). Overall, the diversity indices indicated α-mesosaprobic conditions and the TLI indicated that Lianhuan Lake was mesotrophic.
